Business & Logo Stamps

Company and logo stamps not only underline the recognition value of your company, they are also a helpful tool for quickly and easily marking documents of all kinds with your logo or contact details.

"To make office work easier or as a logo imprint on your product packaging, company stamps belong in every company."

What does a company stamp contain, what information is usual? There are no standards or guidelines here - only your creativity determines the details of your company stamp. Depending on the application option, we recommend placing the address of your business, your telephone and fax number, your e-mail address and your website address on the stamp. It is also possible to add the name of a contact person, show your social media addresses and your company's hashtags or have a combination of text and logo stamps produced.

We have prepared a checklist below to help you decide which individual stamp is perfect for your company's image:

1 | What material should the stamp be made of?
We offer stamps with a wooden handle or self-inking stamps made of plastic for the production of company and logo stamps. Both stamps are manufactured using state-of-the-art laser technology, which means that the rubber stamps reproduce the finest details in the imprint and are particularly durable.

2 | How intensively do you use the stamp?
If the stamp is used several times a day or for marking goods, it is advisable to use a stamp with an integrated ink pad. Unlike wooden stamps, self-inking stamps do not need to be pressed into an ink pad before use. The automatic inking process not only saves a lot of time, but the positioning of the stamp impression can also be determined more easily and more precisely.

3 | How big should the stamp be?
If you want to mark contracts or invoices, a small stamp with just a few details is sufficient. If you need the stamp for sending letters, it is advisable to choose a larger format so that all the information is clearly legible. If you want a combination of logo and text, you should choose a large stamp.

4 | Should it be a model with or without a logo?
A stamp with a logo always offers the greatest recognition value for your company. Even a simple receipt pad is visually emphasized by a logo imprint. However, it is not a must! Companies often have several variants in use as stamps.

5 | Would you like to take your stamp with you?
At trade fairs or markets, a stamp with an integrated ink pad is very clean to use and even fits in a handbag without causing discoloration. It is also possible to use a simple wooden stamp here, but the self-inking stamp is certainly the more convenient and uncomplicated option for out-of-home use.

6 | In which color would you like to be able to make your stamp imprint?
One advantage of wooden stamps is that they offer a much larger selection of stamp colors and can also be used with textile stamp ink or effect ink (e.g. metallic). What's more, the color of the imprint can even be changed as the mood takes you. First a red and then a blue imprint? Then continue with green ink pad color? With a wooden stamp, color variations don't require much effort: the only prerequisite for changing colors is thorough cleaning of the rubber.

7 | Should the stamp be round or square?
This is really just a question of taste ❧
