The following terms and conditions apply:

Shipping Terms
The products are delivered all over the world.


Dispatch Costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic Deliveries (Germany)
The shipping costs are € 4,50 as merchandise mail or € 6,90 as DHL parcel.
From an order value of 75€ we deliver free of shipping costs.

Deliveries to Foreign Countries
EU and Europe: € 8,50
Switzerland and the UK: € 10,50
Australia: € 15
USA: € 15 (shipping with USPS, DDP – all customs duties and handling fees are covered)
Rest of World (outside EU/Europe/USA/Australia): € 10,50


Delivery Periods

For goods customised according to customer requirements, the revised submission will be made within 1 - 3  working days following conclusion of the contract, execution of the design work and delivery of the goods within 3 - 5  working days following approval of the revised submission (with an agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise specified in the respective quote.

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 12 working days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 21 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
